Privacy notice
This page is an English translation of the Hungarian privacy notice (Adatkezelési tájékoztató). In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Hungarian version prevails.
Data controller
- Name: ACRON 2002 Kereskedelmi, Szolgáltató és Kivitelező Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (ACRON 2002 Kft.)
- Registered office: 2071 Páty, Munkás tér 10., Hungary
- Company registration number: 13-09-092023
- Tax number: 12889633-2-13
- E-mail: info@acrondigital.hu
Quote requests through the form
- Data processed: name, e-mail address, company name (if you provide it), the text of your message, and the UTM parameters that show the source of the visit (for example which ad you came from).
- Purpose: to reply to your quote request or enquiry and to prepare the quote.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention period: 1 year from the closing of the quote request; if a contract is concluded, together with the contract documents until the limitation period expires (usually 5 years). The e-mails are then deleted from the mailboxes.
- Processor and recipients: the form is checked by our own receiving program running on the service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and forwarded by e-mail; the data is not stored there. The e-mail arrives in the company mailbox (info@acron.hu) and, temporarily, also in a Google mailbox (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited). E-mails sent to info@acrondigital.hu are forwarded by Cloudflare to these mailboxes in the same way, without being stored. Data is transferred under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
For spam protection, the form records how much time passed until it was completed; this is not personal data.
Bot check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The quote request form uses the Cloudflare Turnstile check to filter out automated (bot) submissions. For this, when the form is opened, Turnstile sends technical data from the browser (for example the IP address and browser and device characteristics) to Cloudflare and returns a verification token, which is sent together with the form.
- Purpose: to protect the form against unsolicited, automated submissions.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller in protecting the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We will send you the result of the balancing of interests on request.
- Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA); data is transferred under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. To protect the site, Cloudflare processes this data as a processor under the data processing terms that apply to our account (Data Processing Addendum); to improve its bot detection, it acts as an independent controller on the basis of its own legitimate interest (Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum). Cloudflare does not publish the retention period; ACRON 2002 Kft. does not receive or store this data.
Visitor measurement
This site does not measure visits at present. If we introduce it later, we will update this notice beforehand.
Ad measurement
This site does not use any ad measurement tag (for example Google Ads or the Meta Pixel) at present. If we introduce one later, it will only load with your consent, and we will update this notice beforehand. The data stored in your browser is described in the Cookie notice.
Hosting and server logs
For operation and security, the hosting provider keeps a server log (IP address, time, requested page, browser).
- Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA); data is transferred under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention period: we keep no log of our own about serving the site. The form receiving program only logs the outcome of a submission (for example “sent”), without personal data, for 3 days. Cloudflare processes technical data to run and protect its network under its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask us for information about your data, ask for it to be corrected, erased or its processing restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for your data to be transferred, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can send your request to info@acrondigital.hu.
